How we make money
Veritas CareConnect earns revenue from B2B subscriptions and marketing services sold to home-care agencies — including enhanced profiles, brand advertising, websites, CRM automation, recruiting, and local SEO.
Sponsored placements
When an agency purchases brand advertising, its listing may be shown in sponsored positions. Sponsored listings are marked with a clearly visible Sponsored badge and may be prioritized in display order. Sponsored status does not mean an agency is objectively superior or more qualified.
Objective rankings
Non-sponsored listings are ordered by objective, disclosed criteria such as location, services, and verification status — not by payment. We separate paid promotion from objective directory results.
What we do not do
- No Medicaid or Medicare patient referral commissions.
- No revenue sharing tied to federally reimbursed patients.
- No lead auctions or pay-per-enrollment payments.
- No guaranteed patient volume.
- No misrepresentation of sponsored agencies as objectively superior.
Legal review
All paid advertising and any patient-related arrangements require legal review of federal and applicable state healthcare fraud-and-abuse restrictions before activation. Per-lead or per-conversion pricing for private-pay inquiries requires a separate state-specific legal review.
