These terms govern your use of Veritas CareConnect, operated by Veritas Digital Group, LLC. By using the site, you agree to them.

Our role

Veritas CareConnect is an independent information and provider discovery platform. We are not a home-care agency, a government agency, a Medicaid enrollment service, a medical provider, or a guarantor of services. We do not determine eligibility for any program or benefits.

Provider listings

Agency listings are provided for informational purposes. We reference licensing records and apply a human-review process, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or quality of any provider's services. A home-care license is not the same as Medicare certification or Medicaid network participation.

Paid placements

Some listings are sponsored. Sponsored placements are clearly labeled and do not indicate that a provider is objectively superior. See our advertising disclosure.

Inquiries

We route inquiries only to the agencies you explicitly select, with your consent. We do not guarantee a response time from any provider unless contractually supported.

Prohibited use

Do not submit detailed medical information, Medicaid IDs, or Social Security numbers through ordinary forms. Do not use the platform to harass, mislead, or misrepresent any provider.

Limitation

The platform is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Veritas Digital Group, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on provider information.
