When you submit a care request, you choose which agencies receive it. We present separate, unticked consent choices for each purpose so nothing is shared unless you decide.

Separate consent choices

• Share with selected agencies — required to contact the specific providers you pick. Not selected = no sharing.
• Service-related messages — permitted follow-up about your inquiry.
• Marketing communications — optional, and always separate from the above.

How we record it

We timestamp the consent wording and the specific recipients you selected. We do not send your request to unselected agencies. If an agency doesn't respond, we create internal follow-up tasks rather than automatically sending your information elsewhere.

Withdrawal

You can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal immediately updates your permission flags and halts disallowed outreach, while we maintain the compliance records we need.
